All artwork, images, and content on this website are my original creations and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute my work without my explicit written permission.

If you purchase a painting, you own the physical artwork, but I retain the rights to use images of my work for promotional, commercial, or artistic purposes.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Payment Methods: I accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact me.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Custom orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location. I am not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delayscaused by postal services.
  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to assist.

4. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos, and I’ll work on a resolution.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal data (name, email, shipping address) is collected only for order processing and is never shared with third parties.
  • Payments are securely processed through trusted platforms, and I do not store your financial information.

6. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Slight color variations due to monitor/screen differences.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
