How to Order Your Pet’s Portrait
1. Send Photos of Your Pet: Email clear, sharp photos that highlight your pet’s unique features. Multiple photos are encouraged to help me understand their personality better.
Tip: Please send high-resolution photos (not compressed) for the best results.
No Commitment Required: Sharing photos doesn’t obligate you to purchase — it’s just the first step.

2. Select the Perfect Photo & Size: We’ll discuss the best photo to use and choose the ideal painting size together.

3. Place Your Order: Once you’re ready, simply add the listing to your cart and complete the checkout process.

4. Creation Process: Your portrait will take 3-5 days to complete. If you have a special deadline, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.

5. Once finished, I’ll email you a photo of the completed painting for your approval.

6. Shipping: After your approval, your portrait will be carefully packaged and shipped.If the painting is damaged during shipping, you’ll get a full refund. If it’s lost, I’ll create a new one at no additional cost.
